Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We ship across India through trusted courier partners via Shiprocket. Customers in Porbandar can also choose local pickup from our store, where shown at checkout.

2. Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM, or on a Sunday or holiday, are processed on the next business day. Pre-order items are dispatched once the game is released.

3. Delivery time

  • Gujarat: usually 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Metro cities: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of India: usually 4–8 business days after dispatch

Remote areas, and periods of bad weather, festivals or strikes, can take longer. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on your location and order value. They are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer is also shown at checkout. If Cash on Delivery is available for your order, any extra COD charge is shown at checkout.

5. Order tracking

When your order ships, we send you the courier name and a tracking link by email and/or SMS. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number for an update.

6. Delivery attempts and address

  • Please enter a complete address with the correct PIN code and a reachable mobile number. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
  • The courier will usually try to deliver up to 3 times. If delivery fails, the parcel comes back to us. For prepaid orders, we refund the amount minus shipping charges for both directions, or re-ship once you pay the shipping again.

7. Damaged or tampered parcels

If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or note it with the courier. Always record an unboxing video when opening your parcel. Report any problem within 48 hours of delivery, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
